Overview of RankEZ Offerings To ensure clarity, transparency, and the best possible experience for our customers, RankEZ categorizes its sales offerings into four primary pillars: Product License, SaaS Service, Professional Service, and Support.
Product License
Standard software licensing that grants the right to use RankEZ software solutions. During Subscription period, the customer have rights to get the updates software from authorized partners. But all the updates need additional charging.
SaaS Service
Our comprehensive cloud-hosted offering, which natively includes all necessary PAMaaS (Privileged Access Management as a Service) cloud computing resources. All the software updates are handled by the RankEZ.
Professional Service
By default, project implementations and professional services are delivered by our certified partners engineers. If direct vendor services from RankEZ are required, this is available as an additional purchase. RankEZ vendor services include project implementation, technical consulting, custom feature development, system upgrades, patch management, and integration with peripheral third-party products.
Support
Standard front-line support is handled directly by our partners. In this model, RankEZ acts strictly as Tier-2 and Tier-3 vendor support and does not face directly with the end customer. If a customer requires direct, customer-facing support from RankEZ, an additional premium vendor support package must be purchased.
