Introduction
From v4.9.0 of RankEZ PAM, Users can use PAM to call the local browser to access the target device, which makes uploading and downloading files more convenient and efficient.
However, users need to download and install PAM and corresponding RunApp versions 4.9.0 and later, and when calling LocalWeb type assets for the first time, they need to install the built-in plugins in RunApp on the browser plugin page. The following text will provide specific instructions on how to use it.
Steps
1 Enter [System] -- [Data Model] -- [PSM Plugin] Page , and then select the PSM plugin corresponding to the LocalWeb that needs to be enabled
2 Open LocolWeb device, download and install the latest version of RunApp plugin
3 The following prompt will appear when accessing LocalWeb type device for the first time
4 You should open the browser extension page, enable developer mode,
5. Select the Local Web Enforcer in RunApp Folder: %LocalAppData\RunApp\localweb-enforcer, otherwise you cannot access the target device.
5 Close the browser and reopen the accessed asset, you will see the following prompt. Please press Alt+R to continue
Notes
- By the way, you need to note that although enabling SSL parsing may take some time for the browser certificate, it inevitably leads to web page anti bot detection such as CloudFlare.
- admin must enable SSL and Tokenize
- RunApp is usually located at C:\Users \<your_UserName>\AppData\Local\RunApp.
- Regarding the fifth point, it should be reminded that if the page does not respond, please consider whether it is a computer hotkey conflict. Please turn off the relevant hotkey, and optimization will be made for this hotkey in future versions.
